I have ibs and now on plant based diet. Plenty fruit Veges salads and portion of meat, poultry fish (your taste,l to fit in palm of your hand. Gluten sugar free and for me dairy free as I get asthma.
Ibs is inflammatory disease so no foods which cause inflammation or potatoes night shade Veges. I put tumeric ginger and garlic in cooking as tumeric anti inflammatory, great for arthritis and cholesterol.
No more pain and rushing to the toilet! Wonderful. Movicol 2 x day constipation, works treat or prunes.
Might help someone. Read book plant paradox very helpful. I have to finish reading it. Side affects of certain foods, very informative.
